Xerox, which provides dedicated services for UBC, has moved from its former location in Wesbrook Village to a more accessible location at the UBC Bookstore. This new, centralized location will better support UBC faculty and staff.

New 10,500 sq. ft. recreational facility to serve Pheasant Rump First Nations community. Finished Construction in 2022, the facility houses a Gymnasium with a full-size basketball court. The running track is located above on Mezzanine level. Public showers and washrooms for the visitors are provided on the ground floor. Project located in Kisby, Saskatchewan.
The Yellow Quill Family Wellness Center is a new construction project located in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan that spans across a total area of 571 square meters. The facility is designed to provide a range of health and wellness services for families in the community. The project includes the construction of a single-story building with multiple rooms and spaces dedicated to various health and wellness services. The facility is designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with modern and efficient features that reflect the needs and aspirations of the community. The project aims to create a welcoming and comfortable space for families to access high-quality healthcare services and wellness programs in a safe and supportive environment, washrooms for the visitors are provided on the ground floor.
The New Healing/Wellness Centre in Pine Creek First Nation seems to have been meticulously planned with various facilities to cater to the community’s health and wellness needs. Building Dimensions: Total area of 6500 sq. ft.; Height: 21.5 feet and Shape: Octagon The facility has a health service rooms, family rooms, medicine rooms, ceremony rooms, commercial kitchen and offices.
This project was taken over on behalf of another contractor who did not comply with code regulations and wasn’t able to perform the construction works to the National building code requirements. Upon taking over the project, We had to re-adjust all the exterior framing and cladding to meet code and safety requirements, additional testing on the foundation was required to ensure proper installation was completed. Scope included: Re-engineer the structural components of the building (including Exterior framing). Re-align the structural columns to meet code requirements, interior framing and drywall, install door and hardware, cladding, roofing, flooring and painting.
