Local Project

UBC Book Store – Tenant Improvement

Xerox, which provides dedicated services for UBC, has moved from its former location in Wesbrook Village to a more accessible location at the UBC Bookstore. This new, centralized location will better support UBC faculty and staff.
Construction scope includes New Structural Columns, Framing, Drywall, Painting etc.

Kananaskis Community Centre
First Nation Project

Pheasant Rump Community Center

New 10,500 sq. ft. recreational facility to serve Pheasant Rump First Nations community. Finished Construction in 2022, the facility houses a Gymnasium with a full-size basketball court. The running track is located above on Mezzanine level. Public showers and washrooms for the visitors are provided on the ground floor. Project located in Kisby, Saskatchewan.
